Ronnie O'Sullivan also compared Chinese cuisine with Western cuisine, "I also love hotpot, dumplings, and seafood. I think everyone living in a country like China, where food is cooked in a healthy way, is very fortunate. In the West, a lot of food, like burgers and fries, is deep-fried and very unhealthy. So maybe it’s China’s healthy diet that contributes to people living long lives and producing so many Olympic champions."
